Terms of service

By creating an account or using the Critmortal platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Critmortal provides a club management platform for tabletop gaming clubs accessible at subdomains of critmortal.com. The platform is operated by Filippo Vivirito (Italy).

Each club on the platform is an independent community managed by its own administrators. Critmortal provides the software infrastructure; the club administrators are responsible for managing their members and content.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person, one account — shared accounts are not permitted.

Access to a club requires approval by that club's administrators. Approval is at the club's sole discretion. Critmortal does not mediate disputes between members and club administrators.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to access other clubs' data or bypass security controls
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the service
• Impersonate another person or organisation

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without notice, at Critmortal's or the club administrator's discretion.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you post (messages, listings, profile information). By posting content you grant Critmortal a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it as part of delivering the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

Club administrators may remove content that violates their club rules. Critmortal may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available but make no guarantees of uptime. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

6. Limitation of liability

Critmortal is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to €100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
