About Critmortal
Critmortal is a club management platform built specifically for miniature wargaming and board game clubs. It gives clubs everything they need to organise their community in one place: events, tournaments, member directory, weekly dinner coordination, a marketplace, group pre-orders, and statistics — all wrapped in an installable progressive web app that works on any device without a download.
Who we are
Critmortal was built by members of La Fondazione Torino, a tabletop gaming club in Turin, Italy. After years of managing club life through group chats and spreadsheets, we decided to build the tool we always wanted: private, purpose-built, and genuinely useful on game night.
Today the platform is open to other clubs. Each club gets its own subdomain, its own branding, and complete privacy — members of one club never see another club's data.
Our principles
- Private by default. Every club is a walled garden. No cross-club data, no public profiles, no advertising trackers.
- Simple to run. Club admins should spend their time playing games, not fighting software. We keep the interface straightforward and the maintenance burden near zero.
- Built by players. Every feature on this platform came from a real need felt by a real club. We use it ourselves every week.
